Customer support requests can now be logged on-line using our web based Aegis Help Desk Software. The software is easy to use and not only allows customers to track the progress of their support requests, but importantly it allows Realtime staff to monitor outstanding requests and assign additional staff to help out during busy times.

We are currently developing an interface into the Veda Advantage credit reporting database for our FINESSE Enterprise product. This will provide automatic querying of their database with display and storage of the query results. The results can then be accessed by the workflow manager to facilitate credit and risk decisioning. This functionality complements the interface into the Australian Business register database.
Realtime Computing was founded in 1976 and is the longest established software developer in Western Australia. Since then we have developed (and continue to support) software for many different industries but now our primary focus is enhancing and supporting our FI$CAL and FINESSE software packages for the finance industry
Client service is our focus and this is evidenced by the number of satisfied clients who have been using our software for well over 15 years - one client is now in their 20th year!
An important part of this client service is our willingness to undertake additional program development and client specific customisation. We don't just sell a package but we tailor it to suit the needs of our clients.
