During July and August we will complete new FI$CAL installations in Melbourne and Mildura and a major upgrade for a client in Singapore.
We are trialling our new Windows module that provides a view of Customer and Contract data that is equivalent to the Contract Details Display program and expect to make this available to our customers over the coming months. This is the 1st step in a transformation project that will see a completely new Windows based version to be known as FI$CAL Enterprise.
Over the past few months we have completed new FINESSE Enterprise installations in Sydney, Port Moresby PNG and Perth.
We have recently completed a large development project for a client that will facilitate their Japanese dealers to login and create and process finance applications. The development work entailed customised application screens and workflow.
For another client, we have developed an interface into the Veda B2Bay credit reference database that automatically generates queries based on customer information contained within the FINESSE database.
We are currently working with another client to automatically generate SMS messages to their customers advising them when their finance applications have been approved. This functionality will be extended to allow customers to send requests for their current loan balance.
We are a member of the PPS IT Special Interest Group and will be developing an interface into the B2G web service that will allow Australian secured parties to register their interest in a grantor’s collateral.HomePageMainOutline
Realtime Computing was founded in 1976 and is the longest established software developer in Western Australia. Since then have developed (and continue to support) software for many different industries but now our primary focus is enhancing and supporting our FI$CAL and FINESSE software packages for the finance industry
Client service is our focus and this is evidenced by the number of satisfied clients who have been using our software for well over 15 years - one client is now in their 20th year!
An important part of this client service is our willingness to undertake additional program development and client specific customisation. We just don't sell a package but we tailor it to suit the needs of out clients.
