Instructions

1. Click on the link above
2. Select Run

3. Select Run again

4. Double click on the person you wish to be connected to.

5. You will get a small white & red R next to your clock to show that the program is running

6. Note that your desktop will be visible to us and we will be able to control your mouse and keyboard.
7. To close the connection at any time right click on the R icon and select close. The connection will be closed immediately

8. Once Realtime has finished, we will disconnect and the program will close on your computer.

We cannot login again without you running the program again and allowing us to.
